The ICP offers several courses on different personalistic thinkers.

✍️ Tuesday evening, June 10, 2025, 20:00 (European Central Time): Augustine and Ordo Amoris

This evening we continue our reflection on Catholic Social Teaching and discuss the concept of ‘ordo amoris’. This idea is derived from Augustine, who discusses the idea in De Civitate Dei, book XV.22 and in De Doctrina Christiana, book I, chapter 27. We read excerpts of this book, excerpts of the Summa Theologiae and the encyclical Deus Caritas Est, which deals with the topic of Christian love.
